10 Days: No Carbs No Sugar
Jennifer Lopez started a social media whirlwind when she challenged her instagram followers to go 10 days without carbs or sugar. I’m taking the challenge! I’ve done this before so I know the pain: the fatigue, the cravings, the withdrawals. However, when done right: I promise this challenge can kickstart the formation if healthy food habits, and train your body to feed off of the right foods.
